Material is checked in different moments, both during the working process and before the delivery to the customer. Each supervisor has the full responsibility for the control of the product and works carefully to intercept and solve any eventual problems.
Each control step is essential to guarantee the quality of the productions and the right operation of the plant/machinery. The controls we usually do are:
- visual controls;
- not destructive x ray controls on the weldings;
- leakproofness tests with penetrating liquids;
- controls on dimensional and geometrical tolerances;
- tests to verify the absence of thermal alterations.
Our controls are both functional and aesthetical ones: according to the final destination of each product, it could be very important for the product itself to follow elevated aesthetic standards.
