The aim is the engineering firm of the carpentry, by taking always in consideration the best quality/price relation for our final customer.
Feasibility study/preliminary planning
First contact with the customer, who sends a feasibility study by giving a layout or simple indications about the project to be realized.
Our technical designers analyse the idea and offer operational and aesthetic advices by cooperating with the technical office of the customer.
Planning and development of the executive drawings
To plan machines and industrial plants the software used by our offices is several workstations Solidworks 3D CAD.
Production organization
A very important phase for the right piece building is the organization of the different working steps in order to optimize costs and times. In this way we guarantee a constant control of the whole working process.
Internal production
Our company is divided into 3 main departments:
- Material preparation: cutting, bending and shaving removal.
- Assembly and welding: MIG/MAG/TIG welding, electrode.
- Painting and final assembly: liquid painting.
External production
Some productions, such as mechanical ones, could be commissioned to external factories we have established good and long-lasting relationship with; in this way we can guarantee a constant efficient service and high quality products.
